I have a visiting prof for property - Andrew Kull of Boston University. I would appreciate any BU student who would check their databases and send an outline along. Much appreciated and I'm at UT, if anyone is looking for outlines from here!

For reasons that would be evident to anyone who has had Professor Kull or who has looked over his old exams, it would not be a worthwhile use of your time to outline. It won't help. Just know the cases.
If that doesn't make sense, you don't really know Professor Kull yet.
