Best Corporations supplement?
3L here drowning in sorrows of having a boring teacher for a boring subject matter. Zoned out most of the class.
I've seen a few supplements out there: E&E, Understanding Corporate Law, & Bainbridge. Does anyone recommend any of these over the others?
My casebook is Allen, Kraakman & Subramanian, COMMENTARIES AND CASES ON THE LAW OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION, 4TH ED.
Thanks a whole lot.

I have always liked the Acing _____ series. Using it now and it seems to be solid. Any corporations supplement's usefulness is going to depend on how your professor teaches the class.

This. My prof used Allen, and he recommended the Nutshell.

I'm basically teaching myself the class due to a bunch of skips and a bad professor and I think I have a handle on it with about four days of creating an outline from an old one and Casenote Legal Briefs.westphillybandr wrote:How long to learn Corporations?
