Michigan: Any Outlines for Khanna's Corporations Class?

Hey, Vikramaditya S. Khanna is visiting my school from the University of Michigan this semester. He's teaching corporations. I believe the equivalent at Michigan is enterprise organization? Would anyone happen to have any old outlines for this class, or know where I could find some (without paying)? We're using the 4th edition of Allen, Kraakman, and Subramanian, Commentaries and Cases on the Law of Business Organization. Thanks in advance for any help!
