1L summer: Federal judge
2L (2 semesters): Solo practitioner
2L summer: Biglaw SA
3L fall: Federal judge
3L spring: ??
Post-grad: Federal clerkship (1 year)
Post-grad: Biglaw associate (corporate)

If you already have a job, why intern anywhere? It'll probably be more effort than just taking a class. But if you really want to, in house somewhere would be valuable to a future corporate associate.

Do whatever is most closely related to your long term goals (e.g., USAO for someone who wants to be an AUSA). Since you're doing corporate, I'd try inhouse.

Why are you doing a clerkship if you want to do corporate work?

Are you planning everything this far in advance? I advise that you just study your 1L classes for now and leave daydreaming for later.
