Outlines or answers for Commercial Law

Post by sjohnson4382 » Wed Aug 21, 2013 2:55 pm

I'm trying to find either an outline to model mine after and/or some notes with the answers to the problems from the book

Commercial Law: Problems and Materials on Sales and Payment Systems (2012) by Linda Rusch and Stephen Sepinick

I'm really struggling trying to figure out the problems and am needing some guidance because the book makes little sense.

Any help?

Dunno exactly what your class will cover, but I found this book helpful for UCC 3 & 4. http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Negotia ... 1594603669

Mastering also makes a book for UCC 9, if your class goes into secured transactions: http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Secured ... ansactions

Gilbert's outline on Secured Transactions was helpful to me

Thanks guys. Our class starts w/ Article 2 and definitely includes 3 and 4, along with some other articles.

It does not include 9, as we have a completely separate class for secured.
