Business associations is usually a pretty random class in terms of content. Depends heavily on the professor. The E&E got me by just fine. Old outlines from law review kiddies are probably the best resource if you can get them.

If you have to do actual accounting, get an accounting book that's not written by a lawyer. Like "accounting for dummies" or an undergrad textbook. It will explain debits and credits, income statement, cash flows, balance sheet, depreciation, etc. way better.
