anyone know the legal market in japan for US JDs?

hi,

is the market in japan much like the market in other countries for US JDs? (build experience in the US and then transfer over to that country, otherwise why would u have any value to whatever organization over there in that country)

are there any individuals who go there straight out of law school? if so, on what kind of conditions?
