Corporations & Bankruptcy CDs and Book Supplements?

Hey guys, I'm loading up on business courses next semester, and I want to get a headstart. Anyone have suggestions for Bankruptcy, Corporations, and Venture Law? Especailly interested to know opinions on Sum & Substance vs Law School Legends for Bankruptcy and Corps.
