Hi guys,
I have like 8 days until my online course starts. In lawl school I never took corp, negotiable instruments, secured, wills, trusts estate etc. Would it be at all beneficial to read some of these E&E's before the course starts? I've been doing amp for the MBE topics and reading the convisor mini review. I just don't think I can add these E&E's without putting in some long days....

Re: Bar E&E prep
If you want to prep these subjects just read the outlines Barbri provides. Then you're learning what you're going to be tested on (which may not be the same as what E&Es talk about).

fair enough- I was just wondering if somehow reading the E&E's and getting the "full" understanding of the topic would be beneficial when writing those essays and sifting through the BarBri material.

Generally speaking, no one ever completes all the material/assignments that Barbri expects you to do. So if you're concerned about passing, it makes more sense to do more of the Barbri work than to add extra stuff.

thanks! I'll stay away from the E&E's.
