Interpleader??
I somehow dont have this in my outline, final is tomorrow and must have completely spaced it in class...can someone please clearly and concisely explain this concept to me? Thank you! i really appreciate it

Basically its used to bring in third parties in order to avoid multiple liability. 1335 interpleader => min diversity; venue => 1397; SOP => 2361
R 22 interpleader => complete diversity (1332); venue => 1391; SOP => R4
