Environmental Law Supplements?

Post by traehekat » Mon Apr 15, 2013 3:15 pm

Any good ones out there? Have barely attended class, haven't cracked book open, exam in a few weeks - advice? Percival casebook if that helps. Supplement options include E&E (Ferrey), Emanuel (Malone), Understanding (Weinberg), and Environmental Law and Policy (Salzman).

I thought the Nutshell was good. Other than that, use the E&E.

Nutshell was good. What did you study mostly? Clean Water Act? Clean Air Act?

Ha, I don't think I'm qualified to answer this question.

Thanks for responses guys. Nutshell is another option at the book store but I had never used them so I kind of ruled it out.

If you did a lot on the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act, that outline I posted is amazing.

I think there are several on the library bank-- four or so? I think they come with model answers, as a bonus.
Ah okay, yeah I forgot whether it was this class or another that was missing exams in the exam bank. Has he said anything yet about the content of the exam/whether it will be similar to past exams?

So... Is everyone in this class a TLSer?

I'd appreciate CALI login info if anyone has access.

Did you look at his sample exams?

I looked at one over spring break and it scared me so I decided not to think about it anymore.

No I'm not even at the level of understanding basics. I've done no reading and didn't take any class notes.
