Need to learn Evidence QUICKLY

Post by Scotusnerd » Sat Apr 13, 2013 8:42 am

Five days after finals, I am going to a course that teaches intense trial advocacy. I need to learn the federal rules of evidence in those five days.

What supplements should I look for, and what edition of the rules should I get?

I know this is a couple of days late, but if you have access to Barbri Amp lessons, those are very helpful in my opinion. You can go through all the modules in an hour or two and it is really good at helping you hammer down the rules.

I just had my final trial in trial practice on saturday and I did a quick run-through of all the evidence lessons and it really helped a lot.
