Property exam question - privity

Post by Lady McDuff » Thu Feb 14, 2013 9:49 pm

Can someone please explain to me to concept of privity? When does privity of estate apply with respect to restrictive covenants and equitable servitudes? What are the implications of when there is privity and when there isn't? A scenario would be great. Thanks!

Try E&E or the professor.
Advice from 2Ls and 3Ls on this forum is crappy advice cause they no longer remember it.
Advice from 1Ls is equally bad cause you have no idea whether they know their stuff.
