quick way to determine plurality vs. majority opinion?
In some cases, I can find whether it is a plurality or majority opinion at the beginning of the case, below the westlaw headnotes. But in some, I couldn't. I am just curious if there is a west law thing where I can easily find this information.

X delivered the judgment of the Court = plurality. X delivered the opinion of the Court = majority.

haha, I have been doing this. But sometimes I have to account for ones that concur in the judgment but still file a dissent.Jessuf wrote:Count the justices?
