Not sure why I used these, but they were clear enough to teach me a few things about violating the model rules.

Yea I assume it's the same as PR. We are mostly using the ABA model rules, and a couple Restatement provisions.

Edit: In all seriousness, check out the tagged 1L exam links thread. Lots of exam databases and a good portion of them have model answers.
