Help w/ explication of liability in torts

Post by lurkmoar » Tue Dec 11, 2012 1:33 pm

I read around TLS alot while I was applying and it was superhelpful. With finals literally right around the corner I'm hoping that the community brain here can be helpful again. I'm a little worried I might end up with something like:

"Using the facts above, detail the differences between the vicarious, joint-and-several, group, enterprise, alternative, market-share, products, and strict forms of liability, and explain the applicability of the Coase Theorem to the latter."

or something similar that calls for differentiation of torts liability theories. any ideas how to approach?
