Signatures are legit

Requirements to be negotiable (MUST SOW):
Money (payable in money)
Unconditional promise
Sum certain
Time (definite time or payable on demand)
Signed by maker or drawer
Order of (must be payable to Order of)
Writing (must be signed writing)
