when we cite statutes
do we have to italicize anything?

Yes. In my LRW statements of facts required a citation after every sentence (facts came from somewhere, right?). If you quote cases/statutes in anything else, cite it.myung76 wrote:one more question, and i will love u

I guess it varies from school to school. My LWR professor didn't want citations in the questions presented, brief answers, or statement of facts parts.
