1L Open book contracts outlining Forum

So for my 1L contracts course we are able to use our book including a supplement that contains the Restatements, UCC and other black letter law. So far in outlining I've been inserting the Restatements where the apply with the cases/ content but just having the Section with the heading title and then the page number I can find it on (Ex. §205: Duty of Good Faith and Fair dealing /p367). My thought process was it would make sense to have a more condensed outline so I don't have as much to sift through on test day but am I hurting myself by not just inserting the entire RST in my outlines? Thanks for the help
