In this website there are so many study aid materials (Gilbert, Acing and etc.), I want to download some files from it but it requires a log in username and password. I tried searching how to register all over the site and google and till now nothing yet. Will someone who knows please tell me?

Pretty sure that site is a scam that's maybe just not live yet. No way they can provide those free legitimately. And the English in the write ups is horrible.
