Commercial Transactions

Post by Oglethorpe » Sun Oct 21, 2012 1:00 pm

I am looking for a UCC basis for the proposition that a forged indorsement prevents subsequent possessors from being "holders."

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

memory is fuzzy but i think that a forged inst. is never a valid inst. and you can't be a holder if the inst. isn't valid in the first place.
