I looked through some of the old threads on this topic, but none of them contain much in the way of valuable information. That said, I thought I'd start a new thread to see if anyone has similar concerns with their Securities Regulation class.

Does anyone have a preferred supplement for this class, or have their hands on any solid outlines? I have no problem with the class from a broad, conceptual point-of-view, but am curious about the necessary detail for exams.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Bumping this since I absolutely do not understand Sec Reg. I've re-read my notes, talked with the Prof, and still feel completely lost. Any solid supplements? Is the E+E good enough?
