In my 5th semester in law school, I am sorry to report that I have finally been gunned. Today was the first day of classes, and Judge Gertner's crim pro class was treated to a most amazing gunning experience.

I am talking about every stereotype you have heard. Speaking quickly, to avoid interruption by the professor, our resident gunner gunned out every bit of information he knows about the subject of criminal procedure--more than you might think, indeed. He went well beyond the casebook, I would venture, he must have even watched A Few Good Men.

My consolation is that now I know for certain that I am not a gunner.

don't get cocky, you might be a 95th percentile gunner while this guy is 99.9th
