Prof told exam is 1 pg outline only. Old exams were open book. Exam is in less than 2 wks. So glad that class is P/F for me.

Re: ITT: 3LOL
Prof in easily my hardest class in law school just decided to flip the script and change our exam to closed book. All his previous exams have been open. Exam is in a week, but I have another exam to take and a paper to write before this exam. Whatever.

Re: ITT: 3LOL
Every time I sit down to study for one of my two finals or write an impossible final paper, I get convinced to go out and get drunk, or I get annoyed and start watching tv. I'm really torn between not giving a fuck, and giving a fuck.
Anyway, does anyone happen to have a fed courts outline? I have about a week to learn fed courts, so, you would be my new favorite person on the internet.

Like a dumbass, I scheduled Trusts & Estates, Fed Income Tax, and Int'l Law for this coming Tues/Weds/Thurs. Pretty sure I'm going to get a C or lower in tax (haven't read all semester, sporadically went to class). Whatever. As long as I get the credits and graduate, who gives a fuck.

Studying for this last final is going to be a lot tough than I'd imagined.

There is a real possibility that I will fail to graduate. Serves me right for taking Fed Tax.

Fairly pretty comfortable with T&E and International Law. Probably will hit median. Might fail tax...

The Glannon Guide to Bankruptcy worked wonders for me last semester. Spent about 2 days reading through it and got an A.philosoraptor wrote:Ughhhhhh why are there no CALI lessons for bankruptcy? Anybody know of a comparable supplement?

Hey guys I didn't know this thread existed. I have a Fed Courts final on Wednesday and I, no flame, don't even know what Pullman abstention is.

Dont ever take business planning unless you love tax. If you are crazy and love tax and decide to take business planning, dont ever take it if it has a closed book exam.
I hate tax. Two days to memorize everything....
