I'm currently a 3L taking Wills and Trust - mainly because TLS wisdom says that of all the "bar recommended" courses schools suggest (remedies, UCC, comm prop, etc) , it wouldn't hurt to take Wills in your last year.
My current Wills prof is one of the best at my school - he's very tough and demanding but fair on exams. Also, most of the top students in my Class are also taking Wills with me.
Question is - should I try to save my GPA and instead take Wills next semester with a new prof at my school who has a good reputation for teaching 1L Real Property but I think this is his first time teaching Wills.
Thanks.

My vote is to take the easiest classes you can. If you can't learn it from Bar Bri you don't deserve to be a lawyer.

Re: Question about taking Wills in 3L...
All I can say is that 3 of the 9 essay questions on my state's bar this year were wills and trusts.
Wills is a bear to learn in Barbri alone, but I did it (I think). No question you'd be better off IF you could get a wills course that is keyed to the law of your target state.
