2L Supplements
Does anyone know of decent supplements for any of the following classes;
1. Employment Discrimination
2. Professional Responsibility
3. Litigation Strategy/Pretrial Strategy
If any seasoned law students have advice/input on this - it would be much appreciated...
Gracias.

Re: 2L Supplements
I haven't taken classes one or three, but PR was a cake-walk. I recommend reading the Model Rules through a couple times and paying attention in class. It's basically common sense.
Any input on supplements for:
Business Associations
Commercial Law
Family Law

haven't had E&T yet, but . . .alicrimson wrote:How abouts Evidence and Estates & Trusts?
E&E was the recommend TLS wisdom for Evidence. I also listened to Sum & Substance audio lectures by Professor Rossi (Absolutely golden!)

Re: 2L Supplements
We took Evidence as 1Ls and somehow I managed to end up with an A... I'm a supplement whore and spent so much time looking for one for this class. I have no doubt that E & E may be helpful for some Evidence classes but it was useless for mine.
I ended up just using http://www.amazon.com/Courtroom-Evidenc ... 0314275150 and I guess it worked out?

Just ordered the Gilbert's Law Summary for Secured Transactions. Still looking for recommendations for Family Law and BA (if even needed)

Anyone know of a good evidence supplement with lots of practice problems? (besides the E&E). I couldn't find a Glannon Guide for Evidence.

I went ahead and picked up Lexis Q&A for cheap for Ev. Though, my test is all multiple choice so YMMV.ph14 wrote:Anyone know of a good evidence supplement with lots of practice problems? (besides the E&E). I couldn't find a Glannon Guide for Evidence.

Yea, surprisingly, all you hear is crickets when seeking 2L supplemental advice, however 1L shit is readily available! My hypothesis is that upper division course vary in the way they are taught and no single source of information is readily identifiable. My .02 anyway.
For BA, our Class textbook is written by Freer (CivPro King), and our Prof raves about him to no end. Fortunately, Barbri offers a 3 hour lecture and interactive outline by Freer so I'm just sticking with that.
FYI:
Commercial Law - Gilberts on Secured Transactions
Family Law - latest edition of the E & E

For Secured Transactions type courses, Mastering Secured Transactions is the gold standard. http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Secured ... 1594603626LAWYER2 wrote:Just ordered the Gilbert's Law Summary for Secured Transactions. Still looking for recommendations for Family Law and BA (if even needed)
For BA/Corps, both the Acing Corporations and the following are pretty good: http://www.amazon.com/Corporation-Conce ... 1599413620
I am desperately seeking recommendations for a good Bankruptcy supplement, however.

I started using the Bankruptcy E&E. It seems to be pretty good so far. Not sure what else there is.
