Declaration of Intent to Study Law in Texas

Post by Perseus_I » Thu Jul 05, 2012 10:48 pm

How long does it usually take to get a preliminary opinion of fitness from the Board of Law Examiners? I know I probably have some 'xplainin' do before the committee because I was a really bad kid about a decade or so ago. I've been told by the dean I would likely get approved, but I can't get over the endless worrying now that I'm through worrying about 1L grades.

I am just curious as to when I should expect the fateful day where it shall be determined whether I will have a life of models and bottles or street-grade homelessness.

I sent it in right before the deadline (October-something, I think?) and I got my approval letter right around June or July.
