They're called lessons, but it's essentially a MC guided topic

But if you're not even a 1L yet, this should not concern you at all. There is no need whatsoever to even look at this kind of stuff until September or October at the very earliest.

Based on your post history, you seem to be a 0L. I can promise you that doing these questions now is a bad idea. Not counting retake, advising against 0L prep is probably the best advice given on TLS.
