Pass/No Pass -- is it bad?

just curious if taking a course pass/no pass would be a bad idea? it'd be a bar course over the summer. any thoughts?

Is it a course that is only given pass/fail or is it a course everyone else is getting a grade in but you want to take it pass/fail?

it's a course that is normally graded. we can take up to 12 units pass/no pass, however. just curious what people think of taking graded courses pass/no pass?

This has been discussed before. Seems like employers may have some question marks if other candidates have grades and you went P/F, especially if its a class like Biz Orgs or something where everyone knows its always graded. However, I think these questions are minor and may not even come up.
