Does anyone have a good outline for a Criminal Law class that has used the Moskovitz, Cases and Problems in Criminal Law (5th) casebook? Instead of teaching common law, it gives a problem and a statute for a random state for each crime, then the cases are supposed to clarify the elements.
So for our exam, we have to know the elements for each crime from the statutes and case rules from a bunch of random states. It's really disjointed, and supplements can only go so far. Any help would be extremely appreciated!! Thanks.
