Property attack outline? Yes, someone did do one...I suppose...

No...for real. Good luck. I know how stressful this time is for many people.

:!:

I logged on to ask the same thing. I have a massive outline and I am struggling to get the big picture.

I have a property attack "outline" if anyone wants. It's pretty barebones, 3 pages. Literally just rules, broken into categories:

If you see landlord tenant, then: blaha blah blah

If you see a transaction issue, then: blah blah blah

If you see a recording issue, then: blah blah

If you see an easement issue, then: balj blah blah

If you see a covenant issue, then: bloogie woogie woo.

PM if you want it.

Property is a difficult class to make an "attack" outline for.

I was able to create a 20 page outline that highlighted the major topics, and all the rules/tests etc. Had I been allowed to bring an outline to my property final, i might have cut it down, but I found it pretty manageable as is, especially if you tab it. I would say that with a solid understanding of property, and a couple hours of work, this could probably be cut to 10-12 pages. Anything less then that just seems a little bare bones to me. Property is a beast.

Anyways, I'm willing to share with anybody who wants it. PM me if interested.
