When would be the best time to buy this book? Im taking it over summer and the prices seem to be going up. Im wondering if prices will go down after finals are over and the Spring PR takers decided to dump their books.

I waited to the last minute and watched the prices skyrocket and actually didn't get my book till the 2nd week of class. I simply used the reserved copy for the first weeks readings and by that time the prices had plummeted. What book are you using?
