I always pay somebody 30/hour for breaking my honor code.

My school pays its LRW writing tutors roughly that much per hour. So, I'd probably accept that much to tutor a student, but I wouldn't pay for those services.

Not a bad idea. I don't think it's automatically a violate of the honor code, as plenty of assignments allow you to work with others.
