Good Hornbook for Copyrights

Post by desperate4lawschool » Tue Apr 17, 2012 10:29 am

Hi - Can anyone kindly recommend a good hornbook for Copyrights? Haven't read a single page during the semester and am starting to freak out about the exam.

Our brief dealt with a copyright issue and Nimmer on Copyright was really helpful. You can view/download it through your Lexis account as well.

I'm sorry, what can I get off Lexis? Nimmer or the brief? What brief are you referring to?

I know this might sound sarcastic, but there are only about 25 important cases in most copyright courses, and the statute itself is surprisingly readable. Just review those cases and the statute, save yourself the $ on the hornbook, it won't make things simpler.
