Question about ranking

Do class ranks work that multiple people can be ranked as the same #?

For example, when I was ranked after 1st semester I was 25/200, but what if 10 other people had the same exact gpa as me? Are we all #25?

Technically, yes, but the odds of that happening in a class that small is slim.
