White Collar Crime Outline

Post by geekrocker37 » Thu Mar 29, 2012 11:00 am

Anyone here take a white collar crime class? I'm looking for an outline that deals with a variety of charges, but mainly RICO, Money Laundering, Insider Trading, False Statements, etc.

As always, any response is much appreciated.

Is it the Brickey textbook? Google "Brickey White Collar Crime outline" and one from WUSTL (I think there) should pop up. It's really good.

Sadly no, it's a textbook by Strader and Jordan. Thanks though, I'll see what might be applicable from that outline!

While we are here, anyone have one for the O'Sullivan casebook? (Which is one of the most unwieldy casebooks I've seen, right after Frier and Whites horrific Ks casebook.)
