UCC 2-209

Post by gdane » Fri Mar 16, 2012 1:13 pm

Can someone please explain this to me in the simplest way possible? Explain it as if you were explaining it to Forrest Gump.

Specifically, I don't understand the waiver provision. How does it apply? When? What's the whole deal with merchants?

Thanks!
