Do you mean to say that most of the students at your school are gunners? Many people who brag or "complain" to others - it doesn't really make a difference as to which one - about all of the dilligent studying they are doing are passive-aggressive gunners. It's a way of warning people that they are about to be the known as king/queen shit come the end of the term.

Meh..... the ones doing this at my school are not talking per se, so much as complaining. And complaining, and complaining ad nauseum. They aren't passive aggressive bragging so much as looking for affirmation they are doing the right thing. I would correct them and tell them they just need to study smarter... but theoretically I could be wrong, so I don't. It is their life to ruin in the library, and if it makes them feel like they are accomplishing something, why the hell should I ruin it for them?

Tons of gunners. It's my fault that I'm friends with them on facebook, they always post things like "Wow I just spent 12 hours at the library and I'm coming back here tomorrow!" I have some friends who did absolutely no work, but they didn't do that well so they don't fit into the genius category either.

See above. If they want to spend 12 hours on a Saturday at the library, eff em. I'll drink beer and have about the same chance at As as them, statistically. :D

I don't hate that they spend a lot of time studying, I've been at the library for a while today myself. What's annoying is how they constantly talk/complain about it and broadcast it like it's some sort of stupid competition.

LOL! true, but I don't let it get to me... I just watch them compete with each other in a non-existant game that doesn't mean crap. it is kind of cute the way they get their feelers butthurt over each others crap. Meanwhile, me and my beer are doing fine.

(and I also spend some time at libraries, but never more than 6 hours at a time.... preferably less)

This...most people at my school didn't even directly post something about using spring break to recuperate from school. More like, "Great to be home, I missed everybody!" Only law school-related FB posts come in waves as skills class briefs are due.

I sit next to a guy who watches NBA highlights while getting cold called and doing extremely well at them. Not even a grin when Wade made a sick And-1. Not even a grin.

No idea how he did, but dude's a baller for all I care.

Get a grip, stop being full of shit.
Wow, guess I really struck a nerve here.

I won't apologize for being a successful student while you struggle to keep up.

But good luck with the rest of your studies as you continue to put in ten times the effort for half the grade, and graduate a mediocre, jobless douchebag, saddled with debt and bitter at the world that convinced you that all that mattered was that you tried your best.

Grow up.
Kid, I'm in top 1% of a T3 Law school while you are probably "successful" at some toilet shit school.
Yea, have fun with your garbage life. Lying isn't gonna get you anywhere kid
