How do you view a judge's docket?

Post by LoyalRebel » Thu Feb 23, 2012 10:29 pm

Did forum search and a google search for this and didn't have much luck. I need to find cases that a particular federal magistrate judge presided over.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you can't view the docket on the court's website, go to WLNext. On the homepage under "All Content" tab, click "Dockets" on the top right.

PACER would definitely have it, although you'll have to pay per search. It's not much, though.

It's not going to be anywhere else online, unfortunately. Maybe there are physical copies at the courthouse? Or you could call the clerk and ask about it?

Correct. It's 8 cents per page you download.
