Which Exam was the hardest in terms of your lowest grade?

I must have missed the day in LS when they discussed the hundreds of great reasons why schools embrace The Curve. Perhaps I am terribly misinformed, but as I understand it, if everyone took an exam and all the answers were [nearly] identical, some would receive an A and some a B-. Since I do not “get” the benefit of this method, please tell me what I am missing.

Contracts and Leg Reg tied. I got a weird question on Leg Reg that I forgot to bring a couple of issues into. And a really weird policy question at the end. Contracts was 2/3rds multiple choice, and I don't think I prepared enough for that aspect of it.

My contracts questions were silly. I studied for a fact pattern test and got a "Public policy if the world were run by conservatives" test.

I suppose everything on the test was discussed in class, but you can't really test what someone learned by throwing such a ridiculous curve ball.

Whatever. I don't have a JD so I don't know anything.

Torts. I think the policy question screwed me. I didn't even know what I was writing during that part. I couldn't think of anything for some reason. Also I did not save myself enough time for that part of the test.

I would guess that the majority of exam scores have been released. At this point Contracts and Torts are easily the exams people had the hardest time with. . .71%. Only 27% found CivPro and Property to be the hardest.
