Hey,
I was wondering if you knew what the best supplement for Sec Reg was? I usually use Emanuel's but they don't have it.

+1. Also interested in TLS advice on SecReg supplements. Not sure it matters, but my class is using Choi and Pritchard's SecReg casebook.chocolatevanillacake wrote:Hey,

If you're using the Pritchard book, you need to get the Choi and Pritchard supplement (Securities Regulation: The Essentials). Saved my ass last year

Speaking of Choi/Pritchard casebooks, is the new (3rd, 2012) edition drastically different from the 2nd (2008) edition?james18 wrote:If you're using the Pritchard book, you need to get the Choi and Pritchard supplement (Securities Regulation: The Essentials). Saved my ass last year
The new edition costs $179 and there's no rentals available. I hate these authors.
