Securities Regulation - Best Supplement? Forum

Hey,

I was wondering if you knew what the best supplement for Sec Reg was? I usually use Emanuel's but they don't have it.

+1. Also interested in TLS advice on SecReg supplements. Not sure it matters, but my class is using Choi and Pritchard's SecReg casebook.

If you're using the Pritchard book, you need to get the Choi and Pritchard supplement (Securities Regulation: The Essentials). Saved my ass last year

Speaking of Choi/Pritchard casebooks, is the new (3rd, 2012) edition drastically different from the 2nd (2008) edition?

The new edition costs $179 and there's no rentals available. I hate these authors.
