None have any old tests online so suggestions on that will also be appreciated.
CONTRACTS --- Dammann, J
CRIMINAL LAW I --- Jinks, D
TORTS --- Anderson, D
Particularly interested in things like lecture/teaching style, areas of importance, exam insight, workload etc.

JD is one of my favorite professors at the law school. Engaging lecture style, communicates ideas clearly and effectively, and encourages class discussion without wild tangents. Test was unbelievably difficult. I didn't know any of the answers but could often narrow it down to two (like 200 MC questions). But, it's hard for everyone (A-). Crap, just realized this is for 1L and not his Business Associations class, which I took. Take it as you will.
I had DA for Torts. He acts and teaches like you imagined a law school professor/course to be like in a movie, or when you were in high school. Pure Socratic, old school style. Torts hasn't changed a lot in the last few decades, and DA doesn't throw in any bizarre twists. This class shouldn't give you pause.
Never had Jinks.
Good luck!
