Basic Research Question - FCPA SEC enforcement actions?

Post by mrowkat » Wed Dec 28, 2011 7:00 am

Is there a giant database of FCPA enforcement actions somewhere? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard to find, but I must be doing it wrong.

Things that have not worked: Shearman and Sterling's FCPA site (doesn't match up with their statistics), SEC website (giant list of 600 enforcement actions from last year - not organized by type of action), googling SEC enforcement actions.

I'm looking for a giant list of enforcement actions (heck, I'll even take cases) that I can use to play with the numbers. Any one know how to do this?

Internet, I turn to you in my time of need. Thanks in advance!

Huh. Today I learned that the SEC apparently has authority to enforce the FCPA. Weird.
