3L - what classes should I take in my final semester??? Forum

Looking for a bit of advice on what I should take that could be really useful. Clerking and doing litigation in NYC. Here's what I have taken (aside from 1L crap) that I imagine would be suggested -

Evidence
Crim Pro
Corporations
Complex Litigation
Fed. Cts.
Con Law II
Computer Crime
Antitrust

Other suggestions would be great - thanks

Securities would almost certainly be useful if you are going to be doing litigation at a big NYC firm.

Agree with securities regulation, but I will also suggest a course on banking law

Either Trusts and Estates or an upper level property course. Aside from that, easy courses to boost up your GPA and make for a relaxing semester.

Also: Land Use or some other really dry sounding subject pertaining to real property. Admin Law, too.

Admin is the most obvious omission. Probably doesn't matter much though.

Does your school offer seminars? Negotiations, Depositions, and ADR/Mediation come to mind.

Admin
Fed Income Tax
Securities Regulations
Conflict of Laws
Some sort of introductory IP class
Bankruptcy
