Hey all, quick question.
A friend of mine gave me a commercial case brief book for Con law, the problem is it's keyed to another author's casebook.
There is no commerical case brief available for my author. Do you think I'll be okay using this? Are cases usually the same, or do some case books cut down parts of the cases etc?
Commercial case briefs keyed to a different author? Forum

They all use basically the same cases. I personally think that commercial case briefs are a waste of money but you can't complain.
