need a Corporations attacksheet/checklist esp for demand
can someone send over a short corporations attack sheet? I have several outlines and my own notes but am looking for a condensed checklist version so I can better visualize everything. Maybe something specifically for the demand system, duties, etc. ...thanks! email lawschool123@yahoo.com

help...never dumber than now. We only did DE. So, if no demand made then check if demand was required by applying aronson (is this an either/or test OR an and test ..?) and if demand was not required, then apply Zapata to the special litigation committee to dismiss?...what?!
How are zapata/aronson tests for independence any different? when do you actually look at the underlying claim, at the decision the suit is disputing?
what are the steps here exactly?
