K's question

Post by Oglethorpe » Wed Dec 07, 2011 10:30 pm

question about an option that is not for the sale of commercial goods.

Under the Restatement, does an option have to be in writing all the time? I thought it only had to be in writing if there is "purported" (sham) consideration.
