Labor Law Issue Spotter/Attack Sheet

Post by JR233270 » Tue Nov 29, 2011 10:27 am

Hey,

Does anyone have any "issue spotter" type of outlines available for Labor Law (or any recommendations)? By issue spotter I mean something that says to look for a certain type of activity that would be a section 8(a)(1) violation or an activity that is a 8(a)(2) violation, etc.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

This is discouraging.

There has to be some people on this board taking labor law this semester.

I'm planning to make one for my labor law class... will PM if I get it done by Monday (don't count on it).

Interested if anyone else has one.

I am interested in this too!

Labor Law is such a bummer because there are Zero Supplements [except Gilbert and Understanding which both suck]. Also, my professor won't give us Practice Exams, so I have no way of practicing application. I am going to have to use the Discussion Questions in the actual casebook. Eh.

@jaydee: If you get one done please send me a PM. My labor law exam is not until Thursday so any help is appreciated. Also, I have exams on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so I don't really have the time to make one now.

Thanks!
