Failing/limited credit grade at HYS

Post by Ofta3184 » Sat Nov 26, 2011 3:21 am

Has anyone actually received limited credit or failed a class at HYS?

I always hear stories about the guy who wrote "I can't do this" on their exam, but I have a feeling it is more common than people let on to as most people wouldn't admit to receiving a failing grade, right?

I don't think it's common at all. Failing grades are extremely rare-- I think at HYS you have to go to the dean just to give one out.

One of my professors mentioned she had given out two or three limited credit grades, and no failing grades, in the eight years she's been teaching.
