Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has a written torts exam coming up would be interested in exchanging our written responces so we could critique each others work. I plan on doing many practise exams, if anyone is interested.
Mine will be an issue spotter type, where theres a long fact pattern (3 pages) and multiple issues. We are write in IRAC format, cite cases and have detailed application. If this is similar to what your professor has you doing send me a PM. My exam is next Friday.
We did not go over defammation or libel. It will be on Intentional torts, negligence, strict liability and very minor products liability.
